针对综放采场液压支架水平力的来源、作用及其稳定性,结合神东布尔台煤矿42103放顶煤工作面矿压显现特征,采用现场实测与理论分析等方法对其进行了研究。结果表明:支架水平力包括主动水平力和被动水平力,二柱式放顶煤液压支架产生的主动水平力较四柱式支架大,支架水平力与其稳定性密切相关,并将二柱放顶煤液压支架水平力对端面管理的积极作用运用到布尔台煤矿42103工作面顶板管理中,收到理想效果。
According to the source, effect and stability of the horizontal force of hydraulic support in fully mechanized caving face, this paper studied the strata behavior characteristics of 42103 caving coal face in Shendong BOUTAI coal mine and conducted field investigation and theoretical analysis. The results show that the horizontal force of the support includes the active horizontal force and the passive horizontal force. The active horizontal force produced by the two-pillar caving hydraulic support is larger than that of the four-post support. The horizontal force of the support is closely related to its stability. The positive effect of hydraulic support horizontal force on end management is applied to the top management of 42103 working face of Bo Er Tui Coal Mine, and the ideal result has been received.
