为了利用植物性蛋白质配制养殖真鲷(Chrysophrys major)用的配合饵料,笔者曾将大量含有摄饵刺激物质的鱼类内脏的自消化物与植物性蛋白质混合制成实验饵料,进行为期47天的养殖实验。结果表明,即使利用植物性蛋白质含量过半的饵料,真鲷的生长也十分良好,实验期的饵料效率也很高(伊奈和夫,1981)。为了进一步查明动物性蛋白质和植物性蛋白质的质量和数量,对真鲷生长和饵料效率所产生的影响,本实验试制了9种饵料,进行长期养殖实验,现将结果报告如下。
