俄罗斯波罗的海明珠项目地处俄罗斯第二大城市圣彼得堡市郊,其中39-1地块是一个建筑面积20万m2的住宅小区。住宅小区分南北两个大底盘结构,地下车库采用无梁楼盖结构,住宅主要采用板柱-抗震墙体系,局部为框架结构。通过对波罗的海明珠项目39-1地块的结构设计的介绍,着重分析了俄罗斯结构设计的现状和主要特点,并从设计规范、设计软件及制图细节等方面与国内相应结构设计规范及软件进行了对比分析,以便其他涉外项目设计时参考。
Russia’s Baltic Sea Pearl project is located in the outskirts of St. Petersburg, Russia’s second largest city, of which 39-1 is a residential area of 200,000 m2 of construction area. Residential area is divided into two large north-south chassis structure, underground garage with non-beam floor structure, the main residential use of column-wall system, part of the frame structure. Through the introduction of the structural design of Lot 39-1 of the Baltic Pearl Project, the status quo and main features of structural design in Russia are analyzed emphatically. The corresponding normative design codes and software are also made from the aspects of design specification, design software and drawing details Comparative analysis, in order to other foreign project design reference.
