目的评价全数字化乳腺X射线摄影与MRI及二者联合应用对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析手术病理证实的36例乳腺癌,患者术前均行数字化X射线摄影检查及动态增强MRI检查。患者全部数字乳腺像为第1组;MRI像为第2组,数字乳腺与MRI组合图像为第3组。两名诊断医师分别对三组图像进行独立诊断是否为乳腺癌。将2名医师阅片结果的平均值用SPSS16.0版统计软件进行配对、检验。结果2名医师用数字乳腺像、MRI像及组合图像诊断乳腺癌的平均例数分别为22、30、35,准确率分别为61%(22/36),83%(30/36),97%(33/36)。各组之间分别比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字乳腺X射线摄影与MRI联合应用有助于提高对乳腺癌的诊断准确性。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of digitalized mammography combined with MRI and the combination of the two in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of 36 cases of breast cancer confirmed by pathology, the patients underwent preoperative digital X-ray photography and dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI examination. All patients with digital breast as the first group; MRI image for the second group, digital breast and MRI combination of images for the third group. Two diagnostic physicians independently diagnosed three groups of images for breast cancer. The results of two physicians to read the average using SPSS16.0 version of the statistical software for pairing, testing. Results The average number of cases of breast cancer diagnosed by digital mammography, MRI and combined imaging was 22, 30, and 35, respectively. The accuracy rates of the two methods were 61% (22/36), 83% (30/36), 97 % (33/36). The differences among the groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Digital mammography combined with MRI can help improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer.
