为解决传统HART仪表内数字信息不能被有效利用的问题,提出一种使用WirelessHART适配器对HART仪表进行升级的低成本方案。该适配器兼容有线HART协议和WirelessHART协议,其主要工作是获取HART仪表内的组态参数、过程参数、诊断以及校准等数字信息,并采用WirelessHART协议将获得的数据发送至WirelessHART网关,实现传统HART仪表和控制系统之间无线、双向数字通信。文中详细描述了该适配器的硬件设计原理和软件设计步骤,并给出开发原型的通信测试结果。
In order to solve the problem that the digital information in the traditional HART instrument can not be effectively used, a low-cost solution to upgrade the HART instrument using the WirelessHART adapter is proposed. The adapter is compatible with both the wired HART protocol and the WirelessHART protocol. Its main task is to obtain digital information such as configuration, process, diagnostics, and calibration information from the HART instrument and send the data to the WirelessHART gateway using the WirelessHART protocol to implement a legacy HART instrument And control system wireless, two-way digital communications. This paper describes in detail the adapter hardware design principles and software design steps, and gives the development of prototype communication test results.
