如何在保证精度的前提下,简捷地调整夹具,以得到需要的参数,这是承修车型繁杂的汽车修理厂在立式金刚镗床上实现定位镗缸的关键所在。据我们所知,国内多数修理厂采用以前、后端曲轴轴承孔作定位基准实现定位镗缸。其夹具结构可分为可调的组合式和不可调的整体式。定位心轴在机床上的座标位置,或借助于标准缸体找正,或在装配时使用精密量具反复测量调校。由于调整难度大,多数厂家实际上只对自己业务量最大的一种车型实行了定位镗缸。也就是说,一经定位,哪怕是可调夹具也不再轻易动了。

To the best of our knowledge, most domestic repair shops use front and back-end crankshaft bearing holes for positioning boring cylinders. The fixture structure can be divided into a combination of adjustable and non-adjustable integral. Locate the coordinate of the mandrel on the machine or by means of a standard cylinder or with a precision measuring tool during assembly. Due to the difficulty of adjustment, most manufacturers in fact only a type of their own business has implemented a positioning boring cylinder. In other words, once positioned, even adjustable fixtures are no longer easy to move.
