学习效能感是班杜拉的自我效能感在学习领域的体现,在不同程度上影响学生的学习目标、学习能力、学习过程以及学习效果,同时还影响着学生心理健康。班主任在学生求学过程中担任重要角色,对学生学习效能感的养成有着重要作用。积极有效的引导有利于提高学生学习效能感,尤其在卫生职业学校,客观积极的引导对于培养学生自信心,使其快乐幸福地学习有着不可忽视的作用。
Learning efficacy is Bandura’s self-efficacy reflected in the field of learning, to varying degrees, affecting students ’learning objectives, learning ability, learning process and learning effects, but also affect students’ mental health. Class teacher plays an important role in the process of student study, which plays an important role in the development of students’ learning efficacy.
