超压酸TCP射孔是在TCP射孔的同时,由地面施加的泵压、井内酸液的液柱压力及射孔炸药三部分形成的超过油气储层破裂压力的超压,使TCP 射孔孔道附近的地层产生微裂缝,酸处理液由地面泵挤入射孔孔道、微裂缝、及地层孔隙之中冲洗、溶蚀、扩大微裂缝和孔隙;从而改善储层的渗流条件,提高油气产量。超压酸TCP射孔工艺技术特别是对低压、低渗、低产油气层具有其它射孔工艺不可比拟的优点。本文对超压酸TCP射孔的机理、超压酸TCP射孔工艺等方面进行了详细的论述,并运用现场井证明了该技术增产效果明显。
Overpressure acid TCP perforation is the perforation of the TCP perforation at the same time, the pump pressure applied by the ground, the liquid column pressure of the well and the perforation of explosives formed over three parts of the oil and gas reservoir overpressure fracture pressure, so that TCP perforation Micro-cracks are generated in the strata near the tunnel. Overpressure acid TCP perforation process technology, especially for low pressure, low permeability, low production of oil and gas with other perforation technology incomparable advantages. In this paper, the mechanism of overpressure acid TCP perforation and TCP perforation technology of overpressure acid are discussed in detail. The field well is used to prove the obvious effect of this technique.
