通过水热法合成了具有优良磁学性能的Fe3O4空心微球。采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对样品的微观结构和磁性能进行了表征。结果表明:空心微球尺寸约450nm,由许多细小的粒子团聚成大小均匀的球形,当反应中未添加EDTA时,组成微球的粒子近似球形,粒径在12nm左右,当添加0.05g EDTA时,形成八面体形粒子,粒径约为40nm;合成的Fe3O4空心微球具有较高的饱和磁化强度和较低的矫顽力。
Fe3O4 hollow microspheres with excellent magnetic properties were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The microstructure and magnetic properties of the samples were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results showed that the size of hollow microspheres was about 450 nm, which was composed of many small particles agglomerated into uniform spherical shape. When EDTA was not added in the reaction, the size of the microspheres was about 12 nm. When 0.05 g EDTA was added, , Forming octahedral particles with a particle size of about 40 nm. The synthesized Fe3O4 hollow microspheres have higher saturation magnetization and lower coercivity.
