加强中职教育,不仅可以提高中职学生的综合素质,而且还可以改善我国的教育机构。中职班主任管理能力的高低程度和中职教育的质量息息相关,因此,提高中职的教育质量就必须加强中职班主任的教育工作。本文从心理学的角度为出发点,详细的探讨了中职阶段学生的特点,其次,把心理学融入到目前中职班主任管理的工作之中,从而保障中职教师的教学效果。
Strengthening secondary vocational education can not only improve the overall quality of secondary vocational students, but also improve our educational institutions. The level of the management ability of secondary vocational school teachers is closely related to the quality of secondary vocational education. Therefore, to improve the quality of secondary education, we must strengthen the education of secondary school teachers.
