长江下游是我国主要航运区域之一。解放后客货运输发展迅速,船舶运力增长很快。相比之下港口建设较为缓慢,码头泊位极度不足,港航之间出现明显比例失调状况。为此,今后必须大力加强港口建设。文章认为,建港工作是百年大计,要有全局观点,统盘考虑,既要考虑长江下游区段各港间的布局,又要研究港内各环节的衔接。作者提出了在理论上和实践上具有研究价值的九个问题,最后对长江下游港口布局提出了近、中、远三个时期的设想。展望将来,这里将建成我国的“工业走廊”,与沿海、远洋各航区连接起来,成为世界航运繁忙区域之一。
The lower reaches of the Yangtze River is one of China’s major shipping areas. After the liberation of passenger and freight transport has developed rapidly, shipping capacity grew rapidly. In contrast, the construction of the port was relatively slow and the berthing of berths was extremely inadequate. There was a clear imbalance between ports and ports. To this end, we must vigorously strengthen the port construction in the future. The article believes that the work of Hong Kong to build a port is a hundred years plan. To have a holistic view and overall consideration, it is necessary to consider the layout of all the ports in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River as well as to study the links between various links in the port. The author puts forward nine questions which have the value of research in theory and practice. Finally, this paper puts forward the tentative plans for the layout of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River in the near, middle and far periods. Looking ahead, here will be built into China’s “Industrial Corridor”, connecting with the coastal and ocean-going navigation zones and becoming one of the world’s busiest shipping areas.
