目的了解和掌握淮安市淮安区食物中毒发生的规律和特点,为制定食物中毒预防控制措施和策略提供科学依据。方法对淮安区2004年-2013年发生的食物中毒资料进行统计学、流行病学分析。结果 2004年-2013年全区共发生食物中毒事件43起,457人中毒,无死亡病例;中毒发生时间以第2季度、第3季度为主,中毒起数分别占总数的27.91%和60.47%;中毒类型以细菌性食物中毒为主,中毒起数占总数的79.07%,致病因素主要是变形杆菌,共发生19起,221人中毒;食物中毒多发生在餐饮业,流动熟食摊位次之,分别发生中毒事件22起、9起。结论提高食物中毒事故的预警和应急处理能力、加大对饮食服务单位的监督监测力度、加强食物中毒的宣传教育是控制食物中毒发生的基本措施。
Objective To understand and grasp the rules and characteristics of food poisoning in Huaian district of Huaian city and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control measures and strategies of food poisoning. Methods The data of food poisoning occurred in Huai’an District from 2004 to 2013 were analyzed statistically and epidemiologically. Results From 2004 to 2013, there were 43 food poisoning incidents and 457 people were poisoned without any deaths. The poisoning occurred mainly in the second quarter and the third quarter, with poisonings accounting for 27.91% and 60.47% of the total, respectively. ; The type of poisoning was mainly bacterial food poisoning, the number of poisoning accounted for 79.07% of the total, the main pathogenic factors were Proteus, a total of 19, 221 people poisoning; food poisoning occurred in the restaurant industry, mobile food stalls , Respectively, 22 cases of poisoning occurred, 9 cases. Conclusion To improve the ability of early warning and emergency handling of food poisoning accidents, to increase the supervision and monitoring of food service units and to strengthen the publicity and education of food poisoning are the basic measures to control food poisoning.
