对于失效概率非常小或难以获得必要统计数据的系统,难以用经典故障树和模糊故障树加以分析,需要与之相应的故障树分析方法来预测和诊断故障,评价其可靠性和安全性。基于Posbist可靠性理论,用可能性测度刻划事件的失效行为,定义了单调关联系统的Posbist故障树结构函数,推导了Posbist故障树的与门、或门算子以及基于最小割集和最小路集的算子,建立了单调关联系统的Posbist故障树模型。最后,针对冲床冲手故障进行了Posbist故障树分析。
For a system with very low failure probability or difficult to obtain necessary statistical data, it is difficult to analyze with classical fault tree and fuzzy fault tree, corresponding fault tree analysis method is needed to predict and diagnose faults and evaluate its reliability and safety. Based on Posbist reliability theory, Posbist fault tree structure function of monotonous relation system is defined by probability measure of failure behavior of scoring event. The Posbist fault tree AND gate operator, OR gate operator and the algorithm based on minimum cut set and minimum path Set of operator, established the Posbist fault tree model of monotonic association system. Finally, the Posbist fault tree analysis was conducted for punch punch failure.
