近些年,素质教育、应用型人才培养成为热点话题,教育机构应充分认识到这点,充分明确在当前时代,应以产业需求为导向来强化校企的合作,为人才的培养奠定有利的基础。本文以此为切入点,论述当前校企协同人才培养中所存在的问题及完善方法等。
In recent years, quality education and application-oriented personnel training have become hot topics. Educational institutions should fully recognize this point and fully understand that in the current era, the cooperation between school-enterprises should be strengthened with the guidance of industrial demand, which will lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of qualified personnel basis. This article takes this as an entry point, expounds the problems existing in the current school-enterprise cooperation and personnel training and perfecting methods.
