随着经济的全球化发展,人力资源的跨文化整合与管理对于跨国公司实施国际化战略越来越显示出举足轻重的作用。许多现代化跨国公司如惠普、IBM、联合利华、菲利普等都将跨文化人力资源整合与管理问题提升到企业组织的战略管理层面,以提高企业的全球化适应能力。能否顺利实现人力资源的跨文化整合与管理已经成为跨国公司在其经营战略和组织建构的设计、制定和实施中面临的新课题。
With the globalization of economy, cross-cultural integration and management of human resources are playing an increasingly important role in multinationals implementing international strategies. Many modern multinationals such as Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Unilever, Phillip, etc. raised cross-cultural human resources integration and management issues to the strategic management level of the enterprise organization so as to enhance their global adaptability. The successful implementation of cross-cultural integration and management of human resources has become a new issue that multinational corporations face in the design, formulation and implementation of their business strategy and organizational structure.
