以生产20t级乏燃料球墨铸铁容器罐体为对象,用稀土镁球铁铁水浇注了重750kg、壁厚340mm的模拟铸件.测定了模拟铸件的凝固特性曲线、金相组织、兑现机械性能,常温和低温下的αk和K1d值。各项性能指标均达到国际上容器生产的先进水平.
To produce 20t grade spent fuel ductile iron container cans, cast iron with a weight of 750kg, wall thickness of 340mm simulated castings. The solidification characteristics, microstructure and mechanical properties of simulated castings were measured. The values of αk and K1d at room temperature and low temperature were measured. The performance indicators have reached the international advanced level of container production.
