建立了微波消解原子荧光法测定土壤中痕量硒元素的方法,优化了微波消解条件。方法的检出限为0.01μg/g,加标回收率为89.5%~96.9%,标准样品平行测定的相对标准偏差均小于5%。该方法具有操作简便、快速、准确度高和用酸量少等优点。
A method for the determination of trace selenium in soil by microwave digestion and atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established and the conditions of microwave digestion were optimized. The detection limit of this method was 0.01 μg / g and the spiked recoveries ranged from 89.5% to 96.9%. The relative standard deviations of the standard samples were all less than 5%. The method has the advantages of simple, rapid, high accuracy and less acid.
