目的建立微波消解ICP/AES标准加入法测定尿液中As、Ba、Pb、Cd、Cr、Zn、Sb金属毒物。方法取1.0mL尿样,加入3mL浓硝酸和0.5mL双氧水,进行微波消解。冷却后,用2%的硝酸定容至10.0mL。采用标准加入ICP/AES法进行定量分析,并优选实验条件及考察方法可靠性。结果尿液中As、Ba、Pb、Cd、Cr、Zn、Sb回收率在98.6%~104%之间;检出限在2.0~5.1ng/mL之间;线性范围Zn为5.0~200.0μg/mL,其余元素为0.5~20.0μg/mL。采用本文方法测定与国家标准物质人发和牛肝数据测定值基本一致。结论该方法回收率高、检测限低、能多元素同时测定,可以用于尿液中金属元素的检测。
Objective To establish a microwave digestion ICP / AES method for the determination of As, Ba, Pb, Cd, Cr, Zn and Sb in urine. Methods Take 1.0mL urine samples, add 3mL concentrated nitric acid and 0.5mL hydrogen peroxide, microwave digestion. After cooling, dilute to 10.0 mL with 2% nitric acid. The standard addition of ICP / AES method for quantitative analysis, and optimization of experimental conditions and study method reliability. Results The recoveries of As, Ba, Pb, Cd, Cr, Zn and Sb in urine ranged from 98.6% to 104%. The limits of detection were 2.0-5.1 ng / mL. The linear range of Zn was 5.0-200.0 μg / mL and the remaining elements are 0.5 to 20.0 μg / mL. Using the method of this article and the national standard human hair and beef liver measured data are basically the same. Conclusion The method has high recovery rate, low detection limit, simultaneous determination of multiple elements and detection of metal elements in urine.
