我国在飞机寿命问题上,有按疲劳处理的,也有按断裂力学处理的,办法不一。在贯彻中共中央关于召开全国科学大会通知的精神,抓紧搞好规划的时刻,弄清疲劳和断裂的关系以及安全寿命和损伤容限的概念是很有必要的。本文中提出用断裂控制设计来代替疲劳寿命的设想,是否适合我国当前情况,能否“多快好省”,请同志们讨论指正。一、疲劳和断裂的意义
