悬臂式掘进机远程监控系统应用

随着自动化,信息化,智能化水平提高,其运用范围逐渐扩大。煤矿行业迅速发展,采煤机械和综合机械化水平逐步提高,悬臂式掘进机在煤矿中广泛运用,建立实时监测系统尤为重要。此实例介绍了远程上位机通过应用软件对悬臂式掘进机的各运行状态,位姿等进行了数据监测,井下实现无线传输对现场实时情况进行视频监视及数据的远程监控,并接入煤矿环网实现地面数据采集和视频监视,保证设备运行及生产安全,为机械故障提供更为直接的事故分析。 With the automation, information technology, intelligent level, its use gradually expanded.
