采用提拉法生长 β′-相掺钕钼酸钆晶体。在 10 0 0℃温度下烧结 72h合成钼酸钆粉末样品。研究了生长工艺 ,拉速 0 .3~ 3mm/h ,转速 10~ 4 0r/min。沿 [0 0 1]方向生长出35mm的掺钕钼酸钆单晶 ,晶体为紫色 ,透明。钕离子分凝系数略大于 1。
Czochralski method was used to grow β-phase neodymium gadolinium molybdate crystal. Sintering at a temperature of 100 ℃ for 72h synthesized gadolinium molybdate powder samples. The growth process was studied, drawing speed 0.3 ~ 3mm / h, speed 10 ~ 40r / min.沿 35mm neodymium gadolinium molybdate single crystal grown in the [0 0 1] direction, the crystal is purple, transparent. Neodymium ion segregation coefficient slightly larger than 1.
