【目的/意义】为了探究高知识创造团体内部的合作关系分布,从而指导科研合作活动。【方法/过程】选取网络密度和聚集系数作为测度科研人员合作分布的指标,以图书情报领域两所知名大学的学者组成的28个合作网络为研究对象,利用负二项回归模型建立科研合作网络结构特征与团体知识创造之间的定量关系。【结果/结论】实证研究结果表明网络密度对于知识创造具有非常显著的正向影响,聚集系数对于知识创造具有较为显著的正向影响。说明高知识创造团体内部的合作关系分布在整个网络范围内而不仅是子群内部,因此图书情报领域的学者不仅应加强小团体内部的合作,更应该鼓励小团体外部的合作与交流。
[Purpose / Significance] In order to explore the distribution of cooperative relationships within high-knowledge creation groups and to guide scientific cooperation activities. 【Method / Process】 The network density and aggregation coefficient were selected as the indexes to measure the cooperation distribution of scientific researchers. Taking the 28 cooperative networks composed of scholars from two famous universities in the field of library and information as the research objects, the negative two-item regression model was used to establish the scientific research cooperation network The Quantitative Relationship Between Structural Features and Group Knowledge Creation. [Results / Conclusion] The empirical results show that the network density has a very significant positive impact on knowledge creation, and the aggregation coefficient has a significant positive impact on knowledge creation. Therefore, scholars in the field of library and information science should not only strengthen the cooperation within small groups, but also encourage the cooperation and exchanges outside small groups.
