报道中药厚朴的酚性成分粗结晶及其钠盐对口腔主要致龋菌——变异链球菌的抑菌、杀菌效力。结果表明,粗结晶及其钠盐的最小抑菌浓度均为10～15ppm,最小杀菌浓度为60～80ppm(2min)。两者均有高效快速的特点。其中,钠盐具有不易被氧化和良好的水溶性,便于保存和使用。
Report on the antibacterial and bactericidal effects of crude phenolic components of Magnolia officinalis and sodium salts on the main oral cariogenic bacteria Streptococcus mutans. The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration of crude crystal and its sodium salt was 10-15ppm, and the minimum bactericidal concentration was 60-80ppm (2min). Both have the characteristics of high efficiency and rapidity. Among them, the sodium salt is not easily oxidized and has good water solubility, and it is easy to store and use.
