目的:观察麋鹿角醇提液对环磷酰胺所致雄性小鼠性腺损伤的保护作用。方法:应用腹腔注射环磷酰胺造成小鼠性腺抑制模型,给予麋鹿角醇提液不同剂量进行干预,然后测定小鼠血清中的睾酮以及黄体生成素的水平,检测睾丸以及副性器官质量指数、精子密度和精子活动率,检测睾丸组织中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)和丙二醛(malonaldehyde,MDA)含量,光镜检测睾丸组织形态学变化。结果:麋鹿角醇提液能良好对抗环磷酰胺引起的睾酮与黄体生成素下降,能提高模型睾丸质量指数,提高模型精子密度与精子活率,增加模型组睾丸SOD活力,并减少其MDA含量,改善环磷酰胺所致模型小鼠睾丸组织的病理性变化。结论:麋鹿角醇提液对环磷酰胺致雄鼠性腺损伤具有保护作用,可能与其促性激素样作用以及抗氧化作用有关。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of elk antler alcohol extract on gonadal injury induced by cyclophosphamide in male mice. Methods: The model of gonadal suppression induced by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide was induced in mice. Different doses of elk antler alcohol extract were given to the mice for intervention. Then the levels of testosterone and luteinizing hormone in the serum of mice were measured. The testis and accessory organs mass index Density, and sperm motility. The contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malonaldehyde (MDA) in testis tissue were detected. The morphological changes of testis were detected with light microscope. Results: Elk antler alcohol extract could effectively resist the decline of testosterone and luteinizing hormone induced by cyclophosphamide, improve testicular mass index, increase sperm density and sperm motility, increase SOD activity in testis and decrease MDA content in model group , To improve the cyclophosphamide induced model mice testicular tissue pathological changes. CONCLUSION: The antler extract of elk horn has a protective effect on gonadal injury induced by cyclophosphamide in male rats, which may be related to its role of promoting hormone-like activity and antioxidation.
