环境致癌因素最终都引起基因表达失常,而导致细胞癌变。酶蛋白是基因表达的末端产物,因此在癌细胞中许多物质代谢关键酶都发生了明显的变化。但这仅是量的变化,癌细胞中同工酶谱的变化则代表了质的变异。不少工作证明细胞癌变后,同工酶谱趋向胚胎期酶谱。因此,癌细胞的同工酶谱研究将有助于阐明肿瘤的发病机理,同时也可作为协助早期诊断的指标。本文拟就肿瘤与酶的关系作一简述。癌细胞中各物质代谢关键酶的变化
Environmental carcinogenic factors eventually cause abnormal gene expression, which leads to cell carcinogenesis. Enzyme protein is the end product of gene expression, so many key metabolic enzymes in cancer cells have undergone significant changes. However, this is only a quantitative change. The change in the isoenzyme spectrum of cancer cells represents a qualitative variation. A lot of work has shown that after cell transformation, the isoenzyme pattern tends to be embryonic. Therefore, isoenzyme zymography studies of cancer cells will help elucidate the pathogenesis of tumors, and may also serve as indicators to assist early diagnosis.
