目的:建立安神宁口服液的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用Kromasil C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇(A)-水(B),流速1.0ml·min~(-1)检测波长254nm,梯度洗脱的方法进行色谱分离,对各色谱峰进行数据处理,得出安神宁口服液的指纹图谱。结果:利用指纹图谱条件对制剂中多种有效成分同时进行了归属,测定了相似度,共有峰的重复性良好。结论:方法简单,快速,为制订安神宁口服液质量标准提供科学依据。
Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint analysis method of Anshening oral liquid. METHODS: A Kromasil C18 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol (A)-water (B). The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Gradient elution was used. Methods Chromatographic separation was performed on each chromatographic peak to obtain the fingerprint of Anshening oral solution. RESULTS: At the same time, fingerprinting conditions were used to assign multiple active ingredients in the preparation. The similarity was determined and the reproducibility of common peaks was good. Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid. It provides scientific basis for formulating the quality standards of Anshening oral liquid.
