本实验利用ESR技术研究了双孢菇提取物中大、小分子化合物的清除·OH作用及辐射对胸腺嘧啶核苷酸间接损伤的防护作用。结果表明,双孢菇提取物中大、小分子均有较好的清除·OH作用,且呈明显量效关系。通过清除·OH,双孢菇对辐射导致的胸腺嘧啶核苷酸(5'-TMP)的间接损伤有显著防护作用。
In this experiment, ESR technology was used to study the scavenging and OH effects of large and small molecule compounds extracted from Agaricus bisporus extracts and the protective effects of radiation on indirect thymidine nucleotide damage. The results showed that the large and small molecules in the extract of Agaricus bisporus had good scavenging and OH effects and showed a significant dose-effect relationship. By removing the OH, the Agaricus bisporus has a significant protective effect against the indirect damage of radiation-induced thymidine nucleotides (5’-TMP).
