目的研究Twist和E-cadherin在胰腺癌组中的表达及意义。方法用免疫组化二步法对46例手术切除的胰腺癌组织和10例癌旁正常胰腺组织中Twist和E-cadherin的蛋白表达进行检测。结果 Twist蛋白在PC中表达明显强于正常胰腺组织(67.4%Vs 20%,P<0.01);E-cadherin在PC中表达明显弱于正常胰腺组织(19.6%Vs 100%,P<0.01);Twist和E-cadherin在PC中表达呈高度负相关(r=-0.358,P<0.05);Twist蛋白表达水平与肿瘤部位、年龄及性别无关(P>0.05),而与临床分期、淋巴结转移及肿瘤分化程度有关(P<0.05)。结论 Twist与E-cadherin的异常表达与胰腺癌的发生发展相关;Twist的过表达可能参与了胰腺癌浸润转移的过程。
Objective To study the expression and significance of Twist and E-cadherin in pancreatic cancer. Methods The protein expressions of Twist and E-cadherin in 46 resected pancreatic cancer tissues and 10 normal pancreatic tissues were detected by immunohistochemical two-step method. Results The expression of Twist protein in PC was significantly higher than that in normal pancreatic tissue (67.4% Vs 20%, P <0.01). The expression of E-cadherin in PC was significantly weaker than that in normal pancreatic tissue (19.6% Vs 100%, P <0.01) The expression of Twist and E-cadherin in PC was negatively correlated (r = -0.358, P <0.05). Twist protein expression was not related to tumor location, age and sex (P> 0.05), but correlated with clinical stage, lymph node metastasis The degree of tumor differentiation (P <0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of Twist and E-cadherin is correlated with the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer. The overexpression of Twist may be involved in the invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer.
