在孔加工中,主要的质量问题有:(1)孔径扩大;(2)孔形不圆或呈多边形;(3)锥孔;(4)孔径缩小;(5)表面光洁度不高。对上述问题,我们经过生产实践,摸索出一些改进方法,现分述如下: 1.防止孔径扩大影响孔径扩大的主要因素有二点:钻头摆差过大和切削刃不对称。钻头摆差过大的原因是钻头与钻套或钻套与钻床主轴的不同心。因此,钻孔前必须清除各配合部分的毛刺和脏物,要求钻头端部径向摆差不大于0.03~0.05mm,否则就应进行修磨或调整。切削刃不对称,两刃受力必然不均匀。严重时会产生单边切削(见图1),导致定心不稳,孔径扩大。对两刃的轴向偏差应控制在0.02~0.04mm之间。因
