患者女,15岁。肌注敌杀死2小时于1989年5月5日入院。2小时前误将2.5％乳剂敌杀死(法国进口品,常州市贸工农总公司农药分装厂安瓶分装)2ml×3支误作庆大霉素肌注入右侧臀部,当即局部剧烈胀痛、麻木,10分钟后感头昏、头痛、胸闷、气紧、心悸、出汗、流涎而送我院。查体:体温36.5℃脉搏84次/分,呼吸20次/分,血压15/8Kpa。神清,瞳孔约2.5mm,球结膜不充血,呼出气体带农药味,双肺呼吸音清晰,心音强,律齐,腹部无异常,局部无明显红肿和压痛。入院诊断:轻度敌杀死中毒。治疗经过立即用庆大霉素16万n静脉滴注,局部普鲁卡因封闭及对症治疗,g小时后局部肿痛明

After treatment with gentamicin immediately 160,000 n intravenous infusion, local procaine closure and symptomatic treatment, local swelling pain after g hours
