水平井技术是油气田开发的重要手段,它主要是利用增加油层泄油的面积来提高油气的产量,适宜用于低渗透油藏中。水平井固井是水平井钻井中的关键环节,固井的质量直接影响油气井的开采寿命以及采油率。因此,提高水平固井的质量至关重要。但在实际的固井过程中,存在较多的技术难点,包括水井内部轨迹不好掌握、管柱不易居中、易受水泥浆体系影响等,从而影响了固井质量。为此,需加大对固井工艺的研究,克服影响固井质量的因素。
Horizontal well technology is an important means for the development of oil and gas fields. It mainly increases the oil and gas production by increasing the area of oil drainage and is suitable for use in low-permeability reservoirs. Horizontal well cementing is the key link in horizontal well drilling. The quality of cementing directly affects the life of oil and gas wells and oil recovery. Therefore, improving the quality of horizontal cementing is of paramount importance. However, during the actual cementing process, there are many technical difficulties, including poor control of the internal trajectory of the well, difficulty in centering of the pipe string and susceptibility to the cement slurry system, thereby affecting the cementing quality. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the study of cementing technology and overcome the factors affecting the cementing quality.
