针对油田开发后期套变井增多,常规分注工艺采用的Y341—114型封隔器不能满足套变井分注的难题,研制开发了ZYY341—110小直径封隔器。这是一种水力机械压缩式封隔器,适用于套管变形后内通径大于110mm的井的分注卡漏,结构简单,组装试压方便,设计有平衡机构、锁紧机构,后坐距为零,密封可靠。21口井的分注试验表明,封隔器现场施工成功率达到100%,密封性好,有效期长,平均有效期为294天,最长的已达到387天。该型封隔器现已在中原油田采油三厂套变井的分注卡漏中全面推广应用。
In view of the increase of casing wells in the late stage of oilfield development, the Y341-114 packer used in the conventional injection process can not meet the challenge of casing diversion and well diversion. ZYY341-110 small diameter packer has been developed. This is a hydraulic mechanical packer, which is suitable for dispensing card leakage of wells whose inner diameter is larger than 110mm after casing deformation. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, convenient assembly and pressure test, balance mechanism, locking mechanism, Zero, sealed and reliable. The results of well injection experiments in 21 wells showed that the successful rate of packer construction in the field was 100%, the tightness was good, the effective period was long, the average effective period was 294 days and the longest reached 387 days. The packer is now Zhongyuan oil field three sets of well casing diversion card dispensing leakage in the full promotion and application.
