目的:探讨产后运动对产妇骨密度及生化指标的影响。方法:选择住院分娩的产妇104例,随机将产妇分为研究组和对照组,每组52例,对照组产妇产后3天开始口服钙片,研究组产妇在对照组基础上产后2个月开始接受指导运动,比较分析两组产妇腰椎骨密度异常率,骨密度(BMD)及生化指标检测结果。结果:与对照组产妇相比,采取产后运动的研究组产妇产后12个月腰椎L1、髋部股骨颈以及股骨粗隆等部位骨密度明显提高,Ca/Cr和HY/Cr比值均明显降低,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论:产后适当运动对于产妇骨密度的恢复具有积极的促进作用,适于临床指导应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of postpartum exercise on the bone mineral density and biochemical indexes of pregnant women. Methods: 104 cases of maternal hospitalization were selected. The women were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 52 cases in each group.
