目的:分析在社区糖尿病患者中应用社区健康教育管理模式对患者临床管理效果。方法:搜集在广州市增城区中新镇中心卫生院2016年2月份至2017年2月治疗的糖尿病患者74例,根据护理方式的不同分成研究组和常规组,各组37例,对比两组护理的效果。结果:护理后,两组患者焦虑(SAS)评分与抑郁(SDS)评分都有改善,研究组患者改善的情况较为显著,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在糖尿病患者中应用社区健康教育管理模式,能够提高患者生活质量,改善患者不良情绪。
Objective: To analyze the clinical management effect of community health education management mode on patients with diabetes in community. Methods: Totally 74 cases of diabetic patients treated in Zhongxin Town Central Hospital of Zengcheng District of Guangzhou City from February 2016 to February 2017 were divided into study group and conventional group according to different nursing methods, 37 cases in each group, compared with two groups Nursing effect. Results: After nursing, SAS score and SDS score of both groups improved. The improvement of the study group was more significant. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of community health education management in diabetic patients can improve the quality of life of patients and improve the patients’ bad mood.
