采用ＨＰＬＣ法和紫外分光光度法测定氧氟沙星眼膏的含量，线性范围分别为３０～１２０μｇ／ｍｌ和２～１０μｇ／ｍｌ；平均回收率分别为９８．５％（ＲＳＤ１．４％）和１００．７％（ＲＳＤ０．５％）。均可用于工厂内部控制质量。
The content of ofloxacin eye ointment was determined by HPLC and UV spectrophotometry. The linear range was 30 ~ 120μg / ml and 2 ~ 10μg / ml respectively. The average recoveries were 98.5% (RSD 1.4%) and 100.7% (RSD 0.5%). Can be used for quality control inside the factory.
