本文报告外伤性白内障人工晶体植入术85例。男性62例,女性23例,11～40岁患者占80%。视力>0.1以上者达96.5%,裸眼视力≥0.5者为57.7%。由于外伤后并发症多种多样,因此术式也因人而异。例如:虹膜复位术+IOL 植入术;晶体异物取出+IOL 植入术;穿透性角膜移植+IOL 植入术。二期 IOL 植入可行 AC—IOL、PC—IOL、虹膜夹型人工晶体、睫状沟缝合固定。外伤性白内障患者以伤后一个月左右施行手术为宜。
This article reports 85 cases of traumatic cataract surgery with intraocular lens implantation. 62 males and 23 females, accounting for 80% of patients aged 11 to 40 years. Visual acuity> 0.1 and up to 96.5%, uncorrected visual acuity ≥ 0.5 were 57.7%. Due to the variety of complications after trauma, the procedure varies from person to person. For example: iris reduction + IOL implantation; crystal foreign body removal + IOL implantation; penetrating keratoplasty + IOL implantation. Two IOL implantation possible AC-IOL, PC-IOL, iris clamp intraocular lens, ciliary sulcus suture fixation. Traumatic cataract patients with surgery about a month after surgery is appropriate.
