根据曲柄压力机工艺特性和伺服电机工作原理,提出了基于ARM的网络控制系统,并对系统相关软件构成做了详细的设计和分析。嵌入式开发平台采用低成本、高性能的Tiny6410和STM32F103,人机界面使用Qt和OpenCV开发,系统可以在远程终端控制加工现场并监控产品质量,人机界面可实时显示当前电机运行状态。该设计可为后续实现无线网络控制提供实践参考。
According to the technological characteristics of the crank press and the working principle of the servo motor, a network control system based on ARM is proposed, and the system software is designed and analyzed in detail. The embedded development platform adopts Tiny6410 and STM32F103 with low cost and high performance. The human-machine interface is developed by Qt and OpenCV. The system can control the processing field and monitor the product quality in the remote terminal. The man-machine interface can display the current motor running status in real time. This design can provide practical reference for the subsequent realization of wireless network control.
