近几年来,我国经济发展迅速,信息化进程不断加快。一些发展较快的事业单位业务量和范围逐渐增大,大量文字资料、照片、图片等档案开始逐渐增多,这些东西都是事业单位的发展历史,还包括一些事业单位重要事情的记录,对于事业单位来说这些档案十分重要。因此,要给予足够的重视,保证信息质量。在这一形势下,事业单位档案管理就有必要进行创新。本章主要探讨了当前事业单位档案管理存在的多方面问题,并提出有针对性的解决方案。
In recent years, China’s economy has developed rapidly and the process of informationization has been accelerating. Some of the faster-growing institutions have gradually increased their business volume and scope. A large number of files, photos, pictures and other files began to gradually increase. These are the history of the institution’s development and include the recording of significant events in some institutions. These files are very important for the unit. Therefore, we should pay enough attention to ensure the quality of information. In this situation, it is necessary to innovate the file management of public institutions. This chapter mainly discusses the various problems existing in file management of the current public institutions and proposes targeted solutions.
