利用有限元软件ABAQUS,建立了隧道衬砌结构的三维实体模型。分析了三种不同长度隧道衬砌结构温度场的分布情况,以及在纵向自由边界和纵向有弹簧约束边界条件下,衬砌结构拱顶和拱腰的变形规律。研究结果表明:衬砌结构内表面的温度随衬砌厚度的增加而逐渐降低;纵向无约束的情况隧道拱顶和拱腰的位移要远大于有约束的情况;当纵向无约束时隧道长度越长拱顶和拱腰的位移越小,有弹簧约束时隧道长度越长拱顶和拱腰的位移越大;不管纵向有无约束,隧道中间的拱顶和拱腰产生的位移略大于两侧的位移。
Using finite element software ABAQUS, a three-dimensional solid model of tunnel lining structure is established. The distribution of temperature field in three different lengths of tunnel lining structure is analyzed, and the deformation law of the dome and arch waist of the lining structure under longitudinal free boundary and longitudinal springboundary boundary condition is analyzed. The results show that the temperature of the inner surface of the lining structure decreases gradually with the increase of the lining thickness. The displacement of the dome and the arch of the tunnel in the longitudinal direction is much larger than that in the restrained condition. When the length of the tunnel is longer The smaller the displacement of the top and arch waist, the longer the tunnel length with the spring constraint the greater the displacement of the vault and arch waist; regardless of the longitudinal constraint, the displacement of the arch and arch waist in the middle of the tunnel slightly larger than the displacement on both sides .
