临床上许多生长激素(GH)缺乏病人可能与生长激素释放激素(GHRH)的合成或分泌障碍有关。人工合成的 GHRH_(1~40)可以选择性地刺激正常人及特发性 GH 缺乏病人的 GH 分泌。又因正常儿童主要在夜间脉冲式地分泌 GH,据此作者采用夜间脉冲注射GHRH 的方法治疗了5例 GH 缺乏病人。这些病人(男4、女1)均为青春前期儿童。其中2例为孤立性 GH 缺乏,3例为多种垂体激素缺乏。CT 检查均为垂体萎缩。所用 GHRH_(1~40)为 Clayton 基金实验室合成。每例都于治疗前及治疗后3、6、9个月各做一次静注 GHRH 反应试验,观察 GH 对 GHRH的敏感性。方法是禁食一夜后一次静注 GHRH_(1~40)
Clinically, many patients with growth hormone (GH) deficiency may be related to the synthesis or secretion of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). Synthetic GHRH1 (1-40) selectively stimulates GH secretion in normal and idiopathic GH-deficient patients. And because normal children mainly at night pulsatile secretion of GH, according to the author using nighttime pulse injection of GHRH treatment of 5 cases of GH deficiency patients. These patients (male 4, female 1) are pre-adolescent children. 2 cases were isolated GH deficiency, 3 cases were a variety of pituitary hormone deficiency. CT examination are pituitary atrophy.
