人生一世，无论庸人抑或体人，无论奸佞还是圣贤，总会面临着选择的机遇。人生道路的一次重要选择往往改变一个人的命运和价值。所以，人们在选择的十字路0，往往会处于一种尴尬或者两难的境地。一代文豪辛弃疾，年青时代就面临着选择上的困惑：究竞要不要在金朝任职？而这与地价值系统中占决定地位的民族意识以及夷夏之别的正朔观念又是格格不入的。作为豪士的辛弃疾，毅然决然摆脱困惑，获取内心平衡，并使其豪杰之士的形象保持始终如一。
