利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜及能谱分析等手段建立了Mn-Zr-Si三元合金体系600℃等温截面。研究发现,Mn-Zr-Si三元合金系在600℃下存在一个成分为Mn_4Si_7Zr_4的新物相,其结构与Fe_4Si_7Zr_4结构相同,点阵常数为a=1.3027 nm,c=0.515 nm。研究还发现,高温相Zr_5Si_3在600℃是稳定的,未观察到Zr3Si的存在。此外,还确认了三元化合物MnSi_2Zr和MnSiZr在600℃下是稳定存在的,未发现前人提到的三元化合物Mn_4Si_6Zr_3。
The 600 ℃ isothermal section of Mn-Zr-Si ternary alloy system was established by means of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. It is found that there is a new phase of Mn_4Si_7Zr_4 at 600 ℃ in Mn-Zr-Si ternary alloy. The structure of the Mn-Zr-Si ternary alloy is the same as that of Fe_4Si_7Zr_4. The lattice constant is a = 1.3027 nm and c = 0.515 nm. The study also found that the high temperature phase Zr_5Si_3 is stable at 600 ℃, the presence of Zr3Si is not observed. In addition, it was also confirmed that the ternary compounds MnSi 2 Zr and MnSiZr were stable at 600 ° C, and none of the aforementioned ternary compounds Mn 4 Si 6 Zr 3 was found.
