在全球贸易自由化的大背景下,新的蓝色贸易壁垒对中国企业产生了越来越明显的影响。尽管蓝色壁垒是中国企业发展的一道屏障,但它为宁波纺织服装企业更好地与国际接轨提供了新途径。为此,宁波纺织服装企业必须化挑战为机遇,构筑切实可行的因应之略:在战略目标上,构筑符合中国国情的企业社会责任认证体系,从而提高企业国际竞争力;在战略姿态上,企业要以积极的姿态参与、融入企业社会责任认证体系,彰显中国企业的良好形象;在战略举措上,政府、中介组织和企业要共同努力,切实解决企业发展遇到的蓝色壁垒问题。
Against the background of global trade liberalization, new blue barriers to trade have had more and more obvious impacts on Chinese enterprises. Although the blue barrier is a barrier to the development of Chinese enterprises, it provides a new way for Ningbo textile and garment enterprises to better integrate with the world. To this end, Ningbo textile and garment enterprises must take the challenge as an opportunity and build a feasible strategy: on the strategic goal, build a corporate social responsibility certification system in line with China’s national conditions so as to enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises; in a strategic attitude, enterprises We should take a proactive attitude to participate in and integrate into the corporate social responsibility certification system to demonstrate the good image of Chinese enterprises. In terms of strategic initiatives, governments, intermediary organizations and enterprises should work together to effectively solve the blue barriers encountered by enterprises.
