目的:观察吗啡对胸腺细胞CD4,CD8细胞周期增殖、IL2的影响及人参四物汤对其调节作用。方法:小剂量递增给药建立吗啡成瘾动物模型后,采用流式细胞仪分析各组小鼠胸腺CD4、CD8细胞DNA含量、增殖指数以及IL2R的情况。结果:吗啡成瘾组小鼠CD4、CD8细胞S,G2+M期和增殖指数显著低于正常组和人参四物汤组动物,而G0/G1期高于后二者;吗啡依赖小鼠IL2R表达下降,人参四物汤组动物的T细胞表面IL2R表达有明显增加。结论:吗啡使胸腺细胞DNA复制受阻导致功能细胞减少,IL2R表达下降,人参四物汤可对抗吗啡的上述作用
Objective: To observe the effects of morphine on cell cycle proliferation and IL2 of thymocytes in CD4 and CD8 and the regulatory effect of ginseng siwu decoction. METHODS: After establishing an animal model of morphine addiction with low-dose incremental administration, flow cytometry was used to analyze the DNA content, proliferation index, and IL 2R of thymus CD4 and CD8 cells in each group. Results: The levels of S and G2+M and proliferation index of CD4 and CD8 cells in morphine addiction group were significantly lower than those in normal group and Ginseng Siwutang group, but the G0/G1 phase was higher than the latter two; morphine dependent mice IL-2R The expression decreased, and the expression of IL-2R on the surface of T cells in Renshen Siwu Tang group was significantly increased.
