当前我国汽车工业迅速发展,汽车技术不断进步与更新,人民生活水平大大提高,汽车保有量迅猛发展,汽车保有量的增加,汽车后市场就需要越来越多的汽车售后维修服务人才。而另一方面中职学校所培养汽车维修专业人才却不能够满足汽车维修企业的要求,导致汽车维修行业人才紧缺。为保证中职学校所培养的汽车维修专业人才更能贴近汽车维修企业需求,提高毕业生的就业能力,必须进行汽车运用与维修专业人才培养方案的创新。本文通过企业调研,走访兄弟学校,回访毕业生,邀请专家指导等形式重新构建基于工作过程导向汽车运用与维修专业人才培养方案。提高人才培养质量。
