炉渣中主要成份是氧化钙、二氧化硅、亚铁、氧化锰、三氧化二铝和少量氧化镁、五氧化二磷等。由于冲天炉所用耐火材料及铸造工艺的不同,所形成的炉渣成份各有差异。 本文设计实验了冲天炉炉渣高速分析法。经过两年多时间,近百次测试所得数据证实,本方法是成功的,获得了满意的分析结果并用于生产实际。此方法的特点是:分析程序简便,容易掌握、高速(15~20分钟)。
The main ingredients in the slag are calcium oxide, silica, ferrous, manganese oxide, aluminum oxide and a small amount of magnesium oxide, phosphorus pentoxide and so on. Due to the use of cupola refractory materials and casting process of different, the formation of slag components vary. This paper designed and tested the cupola slag high-speed analysis. After more than two years, the data from nearly one hundred tests confirmed that the method was successful, obtained satisfactory results and was used in practical production. This method is characterized by: analysis program is simple, easy to grasp, high-speed (15 to 20 minutes).
