自古以来,人们梦想着长生不老,但古人的寿命却并不长。在从夏朝到辛亥革命前的4000多年间,我国一共出现了446位皇帝(不包括战国时期的诸侯国),他们的平均寿命只有42岁。帝王们为了长生不老想尽了办法,其实是为了留住刚开始不久的青春。如今,人们的寿命得到了延长。现代人在放心享受青春的同时,却同样也在为变老而忧虑。让我们把目光投向那些长寿老人,也许他们身上的一些东西,能够让我们对长寿与衰老有新的认识。因为那些能够走到长寿之列的老人,是令人羡慕的老人,是漫长人生的胜利者。
