以大扁杏营养器官根、茎、叶作为供体材料,花生、玉米、大豆种子作为受体材料,开展林农复合生态系统大扁杏营养器官对农作物种子的他感作用实验研究.研究结果表明:大扁杏根浸提液对3种农作物种子萌发都有抑制效应,其中对花生种子萌发抑制效应最弱;茎浸提液对玉米种子萌发有明显的抑制效应,对大豆种子的萌发具有协同促进效应,对花生种子萌发无影响;叶浸提液对供试农作物种子萌发均有抑制效应,其中对大豆种子萌发抑制效应最显著,对花生种子萌发抑制效应不明显.构建大扁杏优质农林复合系统应首选大扁杏—花生复合模式.
In this study, we used the roots, stems and leaves of Plum apricot vegetative organs as donor material, peanut, corn and soybean seeds as acceptor materials to conduct an experimental study on the allelopathic effect of Macrocephalus apricot vegetative organs on crop seeds in the agro-ecosystem. The extracts of P. obtusifolia showed inhibitory effects on seed germination of three kinds of crops, of which the inhibitory effect on peanut seed germination was the weakest. The stem extracts showed a significant inhibitory effect on seed germination of corn and synergistic effect on germination of soybean seeds Which had no effect on the germination of peanut seeds. The leaf extracts had inhibitory effect on the seed germination of the tested plants, of which the inhibitory effect on soybean seed germination was the most significant and the effect on the seed germination of peanut was not obvious. Compound system should be preferred Bianxing - peanut composite mode.
