将一类有机配合物 NGC(naphthylimine-gallium complex)溶于氯仿 中,加入少量PMMA后用旋涂法制得单层薄膜电致发光器件,得到了稳定的蓝色 发光。在这些配合物中掺入适量PPV衍生物,可将蓝色发光提高几十倍,这归结于 载流子的平衡注入。
A kind of organic complex NGC (naphthylimine-gallium complex) was dissolved in chloroform. After a small amount of PMMA was added, a single-layer thin film electroluminescent device was obtained by spin coating to obtain a stable blue luminescence. Incorporation of appropriate amounts of PPV derivatives into these complexes can increase blue luminescence by several tens of times, due to the balanced injection of carriers.
