水利设施对于人类的繁衍生息有着重要的作用,而水闸更是其中的重要组成部分,在防洪,排涝以及灌溉等方面有着巨大的作用。自新中国成立以来,对于水利设施的修建十分重视,尤其在新中国成立初期,更是修建了大量的水闸,但是由于当时技术和经济等条件的限制,以及后来自然与人为因素的长期作用,当时修建的水闸出现了不同程度的问题,对于其正常运行产生了许多的安全隐患。文章主要是对水闸结构的安全检测与评价进行探究,为有关部门提供一种合理科学的评价方法。文章系统总结了国内外水闸安全分析的理论和方法,对其进行了较为系统以及深入的研究,旨在对其老化程度进行评价,为水闸管理单位进一步开展安全鉴定提供参考依据。
Water conservancy facilities play an important role in the multiplication and development of mankind, and the sluice is one of the most important components in flood control, drainage and irrigation and so on. Since the founding of New China, great attention has been paid to the construction of water conservancy facilities. In particular, in the early days of New China, a large number of sluices were built. However, due to the limited technical and economic conditions and the subsequent long-term effects of natural and human factors, At that time, sluices constructed had different degrees of problems and caused many potential safety hazards for their normal operation. The article mainly explores the safety detection and evaluation of sluice structure and provides a reasonable and scientific evaluation method for relevant departments. This paper systematically summarizes the theories and methods of safety analysis of sluice at home and abroad, and conducts a systematic and in-depth study on it to evaluate the degree of aging and provide a reference for further safety assessment of sluice management units.
